What it does

The assistant answers questions from the knowledge base built for the area. Every answer cites its source: the document name and the page where the information appears. Questions can be asked in any language — the answer comes in the same language, even if the document is written in another.

What it does not do

It does not make things up. If the answer is not in the material, it says so rather than guessing. This is a deliberate choice: for questions about operation and safety, an uncertain answer is worse than no answer.

Technical detail: material is indexed separately for each organisation. One organisation's material never reaches another organisation's assistant.
