Data controller
NXT is the data controller for information submitted through the website. For data that customers enter into the platform, the customer is the data controller and NXT is the data processor under a separate data processing agreement.
The data we process
Your name, email address and what you write in the contact form. Within the platform, we process the account details and results needed to show who has completed what.
Purpose and legal basis
Information submitted through the website is used to respond to your enquiry, on the basis of legitimate interests. Data in the platform is processed according to the customer's instructions.
Storage and transfers
All data is stored within the EU. Some processing services — language models, embeddings and speech services — are supplied by named providers, some of which process data outside the EU. We disclose which ones on request.
Retention period
Contact enquiries are retained for as long as needed for the dialogue and for no more than twelve months afterwards. Data in the platform is deleted in accordance with the agreement with the customer.
Your rights
