What’s happening at NXT and our customers

Launches and updates – when something has actually happened.

NXT Learning launches a new platform – from course production to knowledge in everyday work

You already have the knowledge. Now we make it easier to share it – as answers, courses, manuals and articles from the same source, in several languages.

We have helped companies create training for many years. With our new platform, we take the next step: from manually producing individual courses to a connected toolbox for sharing and using your organisation’s knowledge.

Your manuals, procedures and experience provide the basis for more ways to learn and get support at work. Employees can find answers with source references, new colleagues can get started with training, and partners and dealers can access the same up-to-date knowledge.

The goal is not more tools to keep track of. It is to help more people do things right, avoid answering the same questions again and again, and prevent knowledge from staying with just a few people. We help you with structure, content and the journey from material to usable knowledge.

NXT launches Docs to help companies meet the new Machinery Regulation

With NXT Docs, machinery manufacturers can create, update and provide digital instructions – with support for several languages and clear version control.

An instruction manual needs to do more than exist. It must reach the right person, in the right language and in a version they can trust. NXT Docs helps companies make their instructions available where they are needed, for example through a QR code on the machine.

The new Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 allows digital instructions under specific conditions. These include requirements for access, downloading and printing, and how long the instructions remain available. Paper is still required in certain situations.

With Docs, you can work on documentation based on your own material and keep updates and language versions connected. NXT Lexicon can help maintain consistent terminology across languages. This supports both the people responsible for documentation and those using the machine.

Docs supports documentation work – it does not guarantee that a machine meets every requirement. The manufacturer remains responsible for ensuring that the documentation and machine comply with the applicable rules.

From your own material to training that works on the job

NXT combines 30 years of experience in training and course production with new tools for structuring knowledge and creating courses from customers’ own material.

Good training does not start in an empty course authoring tool. It starts with what people need to know to do their jobs. For 30 years, we have helped many companies produce courses, and that experience shapes how we plan, structure and build training today.

We start with your manuals, procedures, presentations and other resources. Together, we identify the audience, what participants should be able to do after the training and how to organise the content. We then help create a clear path through the material, with explanations, exercises and knowledge assessments.

RAG – technology that retrieves relevant information from your own material – grounds AI-assisted work in your sources. The technology helps us find and use the material, while experience, instructional planning and review determine how it becomes useful training.

You do not have to do everything yourself. We can help from information structure and course planning through to production and delivery, or support your team where it needs us. The goal is training that reflects your business and makes it easier to put knowledge into action.
