Processing
Language models, embeddings and speech services are supplied by named providers. Some of them process data outside the EU. We disclose which ones on request and discuss EU-based alternatives.

A complete, up-to-date list of subprocessors that may process customer data can be provided during pre-contract discussions.
Customer separation
Each organisation's material is kept separate. One organisation's material never reaches another organisation's users or assistant.
Access by our staff
NXT staff can open a customer's view to provide assistance. They cannot write anything in the customer's name, and every such session is logged with who accessed it, which customer was involved and when.
Documented working practices
Our processes, procedures and security-related working practices are documented. Relevant documentation can be provided and reviewed with your IT or legal team.
