General terms and conditions
The agreement
These terms apply together with the written agreement entered into with each customer. In the event of a conflict, the written agreement takes precedence over these terms.
Your content belongs to you
The customer owns their material and the terminology they enter. NXT uses the material only to deliver the service to the customer, not to train models for others.
Use
The account may be used by the customer's organisation and the recipients designated by the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the material may be distributed in the chosen manner.
Availability
The service is provided on an ongoing basis. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. Service levels are governed by the customer's agreement.
Liability
NXT is not responsible for decisions made based on the content of the customer's own material. The assistant answers from the material provided and does not replace the customer's quality or management systems.
Term and termination
The platform and knowledge areas are contracted on an annual basis unless otherwise agreed. On termination, the customer's material is provided in an exportable format.
